Although I only had a 3 hr window with my building elevator I let the crew know and they were so thoughtful that they worked nonstop until they got everything loaded in the truck in 2 hr. Due to the urgency of the situation my mattress got ripped however the Insurance took responsibility of this detail quickly.

They were able to tightly pack the items in the truck and load as much as possible. They were helpful and listened to our directions. There was a little detail when I asked for status one of their reps promised to call me back but she didn’t, so I called them back to complain. 2 mins after the rep called me back apologizing for her mistake and from that point on I did not have to call for status again. This rep called me every day with status and that was great for me.

I’ve never seen movers work as nicely and smoothly as these guys. My move had a lot of work I know that and there was a little incident but the insurance paid with no problem. I will definitely use this company again.

They did the impossible to accommodate me on the date I needed. Also they treated us patiently and respectfully. They showed up 15 mins after promised hour, but I consider this a small detail compared to their great commitment. I was pleased that they took great care of all our stuff, they were so careful when loading and unloaded each piece exactly where we wanted, I barely lift a finger. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with this company.

This moving company was recommended to me through a broker. I contacted them to move my belongings from Oregon to North Carolina. The move was originally scheduled fir Pick up on June 23, 2020 however the Bull mover did not show up until June 26, 2020, I was on the verge of contacting another company to see if they could fit me in really quickly but against my better judgment I decided to stay with this company as I had already given them a deposit. A young man name Alex showed up alone. In addition to being alone, he was driving a Penske truck which should’ve been my second red flag. Upon examining my belongings he stated the broker had under estimated the cost of the move. Per Alex it would be an additional $900.00. I contacted the company and spoke to Daniel, the manager. Per Daniel the broker often make these kind of mistakes and he would speak to him about it. Nevertheless, my fiancé helped Alex put my things into the truck. Initially, the company stated they would deliver the furniture around July 7, 2020 I agreed. I contacted the company a few days before, however, My attempts were unsuccessful. When I was finally able to call company days after they were supposed to deliver they stated that the driver who was to come to North Carolina refused to come because of the COVID-19 pandemic and they would contact me as soon as they found another driver. Weeks go by before I was able to get a person from the moving company on the phone. I contacted the broker a person named Will – Will assured me that he would have the movers contact me. The manager named Daniel and Alex the mover contacted me. When I complained about Not having my furniture and how frustrated and stressful this move had been they both laughed at me. The company scheduled another delivery in September- my belongings were not delivered. Tired of the false promises, I contacted an attorney in October, 2020 I won a judgement for my belongings and a full refund in January 2021. I am awaiting word from this company regarding the judgement, however, I have little faith that they will comply. Throughout this entire ordeal I’ve reported them to the better business business and the federal motor carriers. I’ve recently reported them to the Illinois State Attorney General Office. I can tell positive comments only. I looked for a fast and reliable service and I found it in this company. First thing I saw was their years in business which is more than 20 years, other companies were too young and I didn’t like they didn’t include insurance and other advantages. Once you turn over your belongings to the company, they will hold them as long as they can. After 30 days, they may attempt to charge warehouse fees. They are very difficult to get in touch with once they pick up your belongings, and will screen your calls or simply not answer. They pay their moving foremen around 8% of the total move price, so the “representatives” you’re dealing with are trying to increase the price as much as possible to earn their commission. And the drivers are paid about $150-$250. Upon delivery, they will demand cash and contract signatures before unloading. I’ve moved with this company twice. This time I used their storage service which monthly cost is pretty cheap. They took their time to move everything preventing the items to get broken or damaged. The movers were kind and respectful, they packed and wrapped everything. I did not have any damaged items not even the ones that were on storage.

I called these guys thanks to their reviews I found online. When I contacted them they sent me the quote quickly, which was pretty good for my budget. They did absolutely everything for me and I know my move was not an easy one. Their insurance included the transportation costs plus the goods cost. They were right in time, also respectful and careful with my stuff. I’m pleased with their service.

Also the insurance policy is very good. I did not have time to pack and wrap things up due to my job, but they did it for me since I had the option to include it in my quote. It was my first time moving by myself and I was concerned about finding honest and capable movers. Despite my lack of expertise I was billed what was quoted initially and price was quite fair. Also the crew was able to disassemble and reassemble two large furniture pieces quickly and without hassle. These guys are really trustworthy.

My old dining table got damaged during the move, I noticed it was damaged when unloading it, thus I told Rob and he agreed to repair it since movers were responsible for that. They took the table to fix it and then returned it as promised. I really appreciated their honesty and compliance.

The building’s elevator was available only until 6 so I asked these guys to be punctual. I’m happy they were right on time, even movers were so efficient that they ended up loading faster than expected and saved me issues with the building’s administration.
