US Moving & Storage LLC

I was in the military for 11 years, so I moved a lot. Never have I had as awful of a moving experience as I had with this company. To start they left items off the initial inventory that I told them I had, therefore providing a lower quote that sounds enticing. Then they give you an additional discount while you’re on the phone with them for instant booking, rushing you through the review so you don’t notice the little things or the items they left off of the inventory. Then they call you three days later to verify your inventory, when updated you now owe significantly more money than the original estimate. BUT at this point you can’t cancel or you will lose the deposit that you gave them so you have to pay them more. They picked up outside of the contractual window, in my case, after I had already closed on the sale of my home. The carriers operate outside of the broker’s hours so if you have an issue you can’t contact the broker. So I called and l left numerous voicemails, none of which were ever returned. The broker wouldn’t do anything for the late pickup and went so far as to tell me that I didn’t inform them. I told them to pull the voicemails and recorded calls and I was told that’s such a process and you have to put in a request with IT, etc., so they wouldn’t do it. Why bother recording the calls, I’m sure if the discrepancy went the other direction they would’ve had the recording pulled up in no time. The carrier showed up and expected me to sign three blank contracts. As we were working through them I had questions on one. At this point they had already moved about half of my items to the curb, when I started asking questions about the contract they told me to sign it or they were leaving and all of the items on the curb were being left and it would be my responsibility to move them back into my house. Textbook coercion. I had a 250 mile move and it took 27 days to be delivered. The broker or the carrier refused to provide accurate updates, if any at all. The carrier went so far as to hang up on my the moment I said status and then blocked my number so I couldn’t contact them at all. The broker failed to provide a list, or make a list available through their website of all of the carriers that they use along with their DOT and MC numbers. I’m not sure about the other carriers that they use, but the one I got stuck with has an F rating with the BBB. I would imagine that most of their carriers are similar. The contract for the carrier said US Pro Movers but the DOT number provided was for a different company named Lamar Moving. I filed a fraud claim with my bank, which was awarded in my favor, because, well, these guys are fraudulent. They told me I had to reverse the chargeback or they would not deliver my items and that they would auction them off textbook coercion. I finally got my goods delivered, some of them damaged, after having an attorney call them several times and filing a police report. I also filed reports with the BBB, AG, and DOT. These guys can’t even deliver on a promise or deliver on broken promises.

I moved last month. As you can imagine it was stressful and daunting with COVID and other things going on. Our account rep did a great job and had patience with us. Their movers provided full packing and there were no surprises. Everything was delivered within 5 days and without damage. I was very pleased with US moving and storage. I don’t normally leave reviews but felt obligated in this case. I would use them again and suggest them to anyone moving out of state.

I’m not one to leave reviews, but as a business owner it was important to leave some feedback regarding my experience with US moving and storage. Most people will stop what they’re doing to write negative comments, but I’m one to understand that leaving positive feedback equals the playing field. Anyhow my move was an interstate move. We moved to a 4 bedroom home with 2 cars. Their cost was in line, but the main reason I chose them was based on my comfort level. My rep was upfront and honest and put me at ease.

Women that were taking care of my move didnt respond to any phone calls after movers showed up and estimated my move to be above my original budget (hence why i hired this company) and added on $1,500 for having an xtra 150 cubic feet… movers were great, but very poor communication. Will most likely never hire again. Only reason i chose this company is because the broker on the phone told me i wouldn’t go above my $2,000 budget and i would have more than enough room for my items with no additional charge. Contract was completely incorrect than what i told them on the phone and they reassured me several times that i would absolutely not have to worry about any issues. Also, had someone call me giving me the date for when the movers were coming and the movers called me a day early saying they were on their way. Very unprofessional how this company managed my move.

I highly recommend US moving & storage! The movers are very professional and pleasant! I was very impressed that the movers wrapped my TV with some soft stuff to avoid the collision. Also, the movers were pretty fast. I live by myself and have a lot of things to move, but they said that was not much for them to move at all. They finished the move within 2 hours. If I had to move by myself, it probably would take me more than a day. Great service!

DO NOT USE U.S. Moving and Storage, LLC and COBRA Vanlines, LLC (their contracted mover). Their paperwork gave an “approximate” move date of 10 days. It was almost a month! This move was an unmitigated disaster!

I hired US moving and storage based on their reviews and referrals. Initially I thought their price was a bit high, but for what they provided it was worth it. Their customer service was great! We had a personal account manager who was amazing. Everything went well minus a slight delay. It was almost a 5 star service in my opinion. I’d work with them again if needed.

I hired US moving and storage back last month for a small move. My stuff was in storage for a month and just yesterday I received everything. This is the 5th time I had to hire a mover and they were by far more professional than the others. I had no damage so they clearly did a great job packing and protecting my household goods. The crews that picked up and delivered were both a delight. I would also like to thank my sales rep who did a great job overseeing the entire moving process. I can thank them enough and I wanted to take a moment to leave them a 5 star review. Keep up the good work.

US moving & storage was contracted by my employer to move my personal possessions. I received everything yesterday and want to take the time and leave some feedback about my experience. Quoting process: my sales rep was great! He thoroughly went over an inventory list with me, answered all my questions, and was always quick to pick up my calls. The conversation lasted 20 min, and he emailed me a binding estimate. Pick up day: The crew showed up on time as planned. They appeared and were very kind to my family. They did an excellent job packing and prepping my goods.

I was highly impressed with the professionalism, friendliness and expertise of the team sent by US moving and storage who moved my belongings. They skillfully maneuvered the piano up a challenging set of stairs and did it in half the estimated time. This is the second time I have contacted with US moving and storage and they will be my go to company the next time I need movers as well!

The movers he sent were very respectful and careful with my belongings. All the fragile items were carefully wrapped to prevent damage. I was amazed at their ability to work fast and efficiently. Still in the vetting phase, to pick a mover, but after talking to 8 various companies, I’ll likely be going with this company because of the ease brought upon by their rep. How incredibly refreshing – not a hard sell, friendly, intelligent, strong customer facing, and just straight to the point. I’m in sales, too, and I recognize strong skills. I know they are the very best relocation company. I know they give clients value for their hard earned cash. I am sure they are going to help me move out next time I need to do so. I am so happy that I hired them out when I needed quality relocation services. They helped me relocate with ease. If I find a friend in need of good relocations, I will refer them. I can never take for granted what I was offered in good faith and with due diligence. I am not always promised a good job every time, so I have every reason to appreciate the few that I come by. Barely two months ago, US moving & storage conducted a mega relocation on my behalf. They enabled me to move in grand style. That is what I call a perfect move, and I would really love to have another one in the near future.

US moving & storage made my move less stressful then I imagined. They packed and loaded my belongings with care and efficiency. They safely stored my belongings for 6 weeks. Finally, they delivered my belongings with the same care and efficiency I initially experienced. The day of delivery was especially hot, yet the team persevered and carried everything with some items having to travel up 3 flights of stairs! They never complained or seemed to slow down. US moving & storage did an outstanding job for me! I’ve lived in my house for 18 years and have amassed a lot of stuff, as we all do. I had the stuff packed, and US moving & storage chosen and assigned to me arrived in a very professional, organized, detail-oriented, safe, and well-planned manner. They calculated the volume of my belongings, wrapped, blanketed, and grouped them, loaded them into the trailer with precision, not wasting a square inch of space, and made it all happen wonderfully! I can’t recommend this company highly enough! The communication was flawless, he (sales rep) double-checked everything, made movers arrive on time, and the guys were upbeat, smart, kind, and goal-oriented! This was an A+ experience; I can’t recommend these guys more.

We hired US moving and storage for our move. They did everything as promised and considering the fact that we are not wealthy people and are retired with no income other than social security and savings they matched our budget and came out where we needed to be. We recommend them and this is the first of many reviews we will write about them on several websites along with a letter we wrote and mailed to them. They will be hearing from us and anyone that we know to be moving in the future.

The crew that we had from US moving and storage was phenomenal. I’ve never had a team of movers who were so friendly, conscientious, and diligent about turning something that can be pretty stressful (moving) into a breeze. Worst moving experience of my life. I would never recommend this company to anyone. This is a broker and they have no control over who you get as a moving company. They chose awful movers and lied to me saying I would be able access my belongings from the storage unit that would be moved to where I was relocating. I found out that my stuff was never moved to that storage location and was without out any of my stuff for two weeks while I was states alway. When i called to address this issue with them them they told me there’s nothing they can do. The movers took weeks to deliver my stuff and were extremely rude, hard to get a hold of and charged me extra for fees that were never mentioned before. I would never go through a broker again.

After shopping around for a long distance moving company to move me from FL to NJ I found US Moving & Storage. They were way more upfront with the quoting process than other companies and genuinely made sure I was informed in detail on the entire moving process from start to finish. I decided to go with their team and it was well worth it; professional movers showed up on time and practically floated all my belongings to the new property fast. Not a single item was scratched and my given quote reflected the end price. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to move.

It went well. They sealed stuff up in their own way to put it on the truck but we packed everything ourselves. They wrapped the furniture; they put it like blankets and disassembled it. There was a lamp that got a little bit damaged. I don’t know if that was just because we packed and they taped up the box but it was nothing major. We actually added another piece so the price was a little bit more but it wasn’t that much different.

It was one of the best ones that I ever had. They were all professional. They were all very warm and friendly and very efficient. I was just impressed with all three of the young men. Yes, the prices were very reasonable. Definitely I received all the services that I requested. Packing was above for – it was over what I expected. The crew was all fine. They were really nice guys. They were all college students. They were very efficient and professional. They were very good. We will definitely use US moving & storage again.

Moving can be a drag, but I had the most incredible experience using US moving and storage. First, they are totally all things certified so there’s a layer of security and comfort to start off the moving process. When they arrived, their crew was speedy and efficient so everything got wrapped up and taken down in what felt like the blink of an eye. I loved that they wrapped all furniture in safety blankets to move it, instead of breaking things down or risking scuff. I was so impressed by everything from their strength to friendliness. It felt like a friendly neighbor was helping me move. Finally, once we made it to my new location, they helped me place things where they belonged around the apartment. I would recommend this company time and time again!

I think it went very smoothly. There weren’t any issues at pickup. It was timely, and I think they did a clean job. There were not any damages. It took around 10 days for them to bring items to the different locations. Lastly, I think everything came as it was at pickup and it was also very much a friendly experience with the movers.

My children are used to moving around. They are also used to not losing any of their things while relocating. That credit goes to US moving & storage. They have always been punctual, reliable and honest during all our moves. They never showed up late. They are yet to break any valuables of mine. They always make sure that my possessions travel safely. What I like the most about these guys is that they are not ridiculously priced, nor do they keep increasing their prices like others. Their final bill is always incredibly close to their initial estimate. I don’t feel the need to contact any other company.

My daughter and I needed to change the environment here after my wife passed away last month. We contacted US moving & storage because my neighbor highly recommended them. Their sales rep was a nice guy. He gave me a good quote and gave us the day we wanted. On the moving day, the guys came and packed everything. I couldn’t pack my wife’s things because I am not ready for it honestly. They were really nice and supportive. They did it all. And at the end, all was accounted for and nothing was damaged. So yes, they did a good job.

They moved all my things with care and delivered them on time and safely too. They never made me do a single thing and they moved everything exactly the way I wanted. These people are very punctual. They did everything on time. The moving men came on time on the day of the move and moved me out within the allotted time. They packed and moved my belongings with super care and did not damage anything at all. The delivery was also on time and they even helped at the new place. It was time to move back home after living in the city for many years. I hired US moving & storage to move all my stuff. They gave me a very reasonable quote and I was quite happy with that. I had collected a lot of things that mean something to me. So, I asked the 3 movers to be very careful with them. They listened and worked very skillfully. They packed everything very methodically and were extra careful with my glassware. They showed strength and organization while carrying out heavy pieces of furniture from my apartment. I couldn’t be any happier given how well they took care of my stuff. I’m now safely relocated and all my belongings made it here safely too.

My moving advisor made me feel very comfortable and treated me really well as if I were a VIP! He gave me a good deal and also accommodated the moving date according to my preference. They did a fantastic job packing the entire house in quick time and loading the belongings on the trucks. Every little thing was taken care of and with respect. They made the delivery before the schedule and asked me to check for damage. I checked the inventory, clapped for them and tipped them. Being honest, these guys are the best. They were able to also get our large bookshelf down the narrow corridor in our new apartment which was great. We were worried for that bookshelf as it was very large. They were really helpful. I hired US moving and storage for a big move and they had to bring the packing materials, wrap everything and move. It was a big task but they did respond in style. The moving team arrived on time with the things and they brilliantly wrapped and moved all my belongings and managed to finish the move before the scheduled time and without any damage. There was no damage at all! I am very happy with their superb service and very affordable price.

They are brokers! Don’t do business with them! They offer a terrible service, take 1/3 of your money and then do nothing else for you.

The supervisor at the apartment complex we chose for my sister-in-law suggested us to hire US moving & storage to help with her move. I live quite far away but setting up an appointment with them through the phone turned out to be very easy. I flew in for the day and every detail of the move as arranged with the company was exact. The movers knew what they were doing. It took them a very short time to pick up my sister’s things from the storage unit and transport them to her new apartment. I only hope there is a company here in hometown that would take the interest to accomplish everything we discussed this well. These guys provide nationwide services so we might not even need a moving company now that we know of them.

My best friend referred me to hire US moving & storage for my move. Their price was great compared to other prices I have gotten so I went with them. I have no words to describe their customer service, communication, etc. The movers were professional and well trained. They didn’t tell me about extra payment or any tip. But I was so pleased with their service so I gave them a tip. My move went smoothly and it was made easier by the movers and moving consultant. I am grateful to them and definitely this company is the king in this business.

I have never heard of a moving company who quotes low in the first place and then the final bill turns out to be even lower. But that is how honest US moving and storage was while moving us. I had other companies provide me quotes too but this quote was absolutely unbeatable. The movers were great. But then again, most movers are usually really good. These men knew how to do their jobs and they safely delivered everything to my new house. What really surprised me was the final bill. It was less than the initial quote. I believe it was because the movers worked faster than anticipated. I will absolutely recommend these guys to all.

Do not do business with this company. All these positive reviews are fake. They are brokers!!! They take 1/3 of your payment and then they do nothing for you! Then they give the jog to smaller carrier who will deliver your furniture 4 weeks late, don’t answer your calls, don’t reply VM and don’t give you an delivery ETA.

US moving & storage didn’t give me the lowest quote but they provided amazing value for the money I paid. I was well aware that the delivery might take a while since they had to cover a long way. But they delivered right on time. The credit really goes to the movers. They maintained the schedule throughout. Their packing skills were amazing and I was blown away by how easily they carried everything. It really was a mighty effort by the boys. All my belongings were transported in great condition. They even unpacked everything and put them in place. This level of efficiency is so rare these days.

My husband has to relocate every few years for his job. I have kind of gotten used to the idea of moving. What I didn’t get used to is dealing with the stress. For her birthday surprise I used US moving and storage to move her entire home down to Memphis, she hated the house she was in but couldn’t stand to lose her knick-knacks. The good men from US moving and storage made my move so easy. They are cheap and they give you great value for your money. In fact, given how fast their movers work, I think I ended up saving some dollars! Not one item suffered the slightest of damage while they moved them. I was sold on US moving and storage right after they provided me an estimate. Their quote was very low. The movers arrived on time and were properly equipped. I couldn’t believe how easily they carried my furniture. It was a 3rd floor walk-up and the stairs didn’t seem to bother them at all. Everything went smoothly and they were done within a very short time. They gave me a 5-day window for the delivery and they delivered on the 4th day. Nothing was broken or damaged. These skilled men can do anything!

This entire process that I want people to know that I just went through was absolutely amazing and outstanding. They made sure that we were completely packed, wrapped and loaded in no time. The movers from US Moving & Storage were prompt and really cared about moving my stuff safely. They showed up right on time on the moving day with ample packing materials. The pickup was very fast as the boys worked up a storm. When we moved to the new place, they made sure to check before placing each item in a room. My valuables were safely transported on time. Their expertise didn’t even cost me a fortune. In my opinion, people who hired these guys would have definitely had the most amazing moves of their lives.

The movers arrived on time and were carrying the right tools. They were very efficient. They packed all my belongings with cautiously and proficiently. They took their time to wrap everything that was being moved in protective moving wrap, they didn’t scratch or ding a single item, and they placed all of my belongings in storage for me. They were honestly the best moving company I’ve ever used, hands down.

I do not have much to say because I am not going to say anything bad about US moving and storage. After using this company for my recent move, I have only good words to say for them. They have done an excellent job, showed great professionalism till the end of the move, completed the task within the given time, kept all their commitments and charged a very moderate amount. So, I am going to refer them to everyone I know and shall use them for all my future long distance moves.

The distance was daunting. But I have to say, US moving & storage took really good care of everything. The movers arrived on time. They were all very efficient and experienced. It took them no time whatsoever to finish loading everything onto the van. They packed everything very well earlier so my valuables could survive the long trip. They delivered right on the promised date. All of my valuables traveled excellently. I have gained a lot of admiration for these guys.

When a company quotes so low, the job is usually carried out in a very inefficient manner. But these guys gave me a run for my money. The movers arrived early, packed everything quickly and left with all my belongings stacked inside their van. The delivery was made on time as well. There are many good moving companies, but this one is in a league of their own.

I have utilized US Moving & Storage to move into another apartment and I was happy with their administration. They gave me their service professionally. They wrapped and packed with incredible care. They were sufficiently talented which made my turn so natural and agreeable. They gave me a cautious service which I was required for. Thanks a lot for their service. You may think it’d cost a lot to hire them but they only charge what is fair!

They are a BROKER who use very sketchy companies to handle the moves. They used some real shady characters to pick up my stuff. I moved 1084 miles and my stuff did not get delivered until 3 weeks after I was in my new house. Furniture damages, some totally trashed 85% of boxes had significant damage. Wardrobe boxes flattened. My suits are dirty now. Missing items (Still unpacking to see what else is missing) Other boxes crushed from having heavy items on top. Still other boxes have holes in the sides, where it is quite evident that they were kicked. I have already contacted the Florida Attorney General’s office on them. I am not far from Boca now and may pay them a visit. Though something tells me their address is bogus, just like the rest of the company. I have never seen such disregard for someone else’s property, Again, they are BROKERS only. They use cut rate movers in order to maximize their profits. Don’t be fooled by the fake reviews here…….

She heard about them from one of her neighbors who were quite happy with their services. So we finally hired them for the job and I must say; now whoever tells me that they are planning to move, I advise them to hire this company for moving. They were the real professionals. Totally knew how to get things done within a short period of time without causing any damage to any of my belongings. I’m really glad that my mother recommended them to me.

I was surprised to see just how amazingly efficient US moving and storage was in every aspect of my last move. It was almost too easy getting a quote from them which made me a little suspicious. But the way they conducted the actual move just blew me away. Three men arrived right on time and they were well prepared for the job ahead. They quickly packed and loaded all my valuables and left within a matter of hours. I received the delivery a week later and absolutely none of my items were damaged in any way. They charged me the exact amount they quoted. It was just a mind blowing performance!

The gentlemen that helped us with the move were very professional, considerate and hard-working. The entire move was done without any issues. The team met or exceeded my expectations on all fronts. I was worried seeing we moved out of state, and that things would get damaged or end up missing. This wasn’t the case with these movers. I would hire US moving & storage again.

They are a broker are at least with us there were. The brokered our contract to a company named Right A Way Movers LLC who when you pull up reviews on that company they have a long list of bad reviews, F rating at BBB, etc. Took 70 days to get the delivery. The boxes were damaged, you could tell they were tossed and stacked with heavy items on them (still going through to see whats damaged). And the cost was over $1100 more than contracted. Worst experience ever.

I am moving 1184 miles away. Well, I THOUGHT I was. Booked and paid deposit back in March. My move “Window” was 6./14-6/15 6-15 came and went. NO movers. I called and emailed. The company they contracted with had the excuse of “mechanical” issues. Of course, they didn’t even bother to call me, I had to bug them. This is after getting a call Monday that the original company could not do it and they had to “book another” for over $200 more than the AGREED upon price. Now I sit, with an apartment full of boxes, a lease about to expire and my services being turned off Friday. I also absolutely have to be on the road tomorrow to make my drive ot new location. I planned EVERYTHING around their estimates they gave me months ago. Including taking vacation from work, and friends took time from work to help with the drive

Never have I ever been so disrespected over the phone while talking to MULTIPLE EMPLOYEES. Aggressive and condescending ARGUMENTS every time I call just to ask a question. Will never use your service again and you’ll be hearing from my bank and attorney.

US moving and storage gave a hell of a deal. I was so happy that I took the whole package. They came in exactly on time. They started packing the fragile items first. At first I thought they would be ordinary, but the way they took out the furniture, I was sure they were professionals. They loaded up the truck so well! There was room for so much more. The delivery was made on time and they smoothly unloaded everything. They helped to set everything up and I was glad to see that nothing was damaged. I had a great journey!

I have been working for a multinational company for the past 4 years. I have been promoted many times and with each promotion my boss transferred me to a new location. I hired them while moving to another state. I knew about US moving and storage because I read many great reviews about this company and that is why I hired them though I had a better offer from another company. I knew that quality demands a higher price. I paid them a good amount and in return they provided me with a picture perfect move which was accomplished within the allotted time and without any issues. It was a real professional job by the team. Now I know why they have such good reviews.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. 3 things. 1. They picked up my furniture on April 8th and said my estimated delivery would be the April 30th notice my surprise on April 16th when I receive a phone call asking how was my delivery. This proceeds to happen 4 more times and It is now May 6th and still no furniture. It is now May 13th and my furniture can’t get delivered. 2. Customer service is unhelpful and willing to even remotely take accountability for anything that has happen. So beware they pitch that they are the movers however they are brokers who rely on 1 star movers to move your stuff in Washington State. When I told customer service that my furniture was not able to be deliver she directed the blame elsewhere stating well on her appointment day she wouldn’t “check the address until the day of” so she cant do anything. So I am now stuck while my husband is aware to as the dispatcher claimed to meet them at the gate grab a uhaul and move it myself. 3. I talked to a representative named, Steve, and asked him are you sure you guys can deliver on a military installation. He told me it was not a problem so I expected that it would be fine and he was the point of contact . Notice my surprise that they cannot deliver it AT ALL. So save yourself a headache and DO NOT USE THEM.

They tell you one tho g get your money and set you up with a very UNRELIABLE MOVER. there a broker they get there money and don’t give a s*^*t what happens to your stuff. Save your time and money go somewhere else

I have heard so many appreciative comments about the professionalism and cooperation of US moving & storage’s team members. So I decided to go with them for my recent move. I received a response from their customer service within an hour of my emailing. They sent a surveyor within the next few hours after my approval over the phone. I talked to the sales person and he assured me that nothing would be a problem. The moving team showed up exactly on time. They were very pleasant and professional. They took extreme care with my belongings. As a result I didn’t have to panic for my stuff. Everything was okay at the end. I am certainly going to hire them for my next move.

They are obviously an A rated company. They executed a fast move for us but the rate was fairly reasonable. It was a long distance move and there are very few moving companies to whom I could rely on. US moving & storage proved their credibility to my brother and he recommended them very highly. They do an awesome job indeed! I had experience before with so many companies who show something but do something else but these guys don’t belong in those types of companies. They were great! No complaints at all! I strongly recommend them.

The guys were hard working, courteous, even when struggling to get our huge bed up to the third floor but at the end it was quite a simple task for them. They are a solid moving company. No surprises and no secret charges! They came out to survey our house and offered a reasonable quote.
