United Moving Company sent over four nice men to pick up my home goods. As soon as they arrived they got straight to work. They finished quickly which surprised me due to the great amount of goods I had. Throughout my move I had the pleasure of being updated by their lovely sales rep, he was very nice and I didn’t have to worry at all. After I received the delivery, all went well.

It was flawless, fast and fantastic! This last move was maybe the best. The movers were amazing, very friendly and polite and they did a great job, which for me, means that there were no scratches anywhere. I was super satisfied. There were no problems; everything was going nicely and smoothly. That was great. At the end, I paid exactly the amount I was told before the move. No hidden costs or fees. All in all, Great Company!

Very patient, working with older people can be difficult and vice versa, they were easy to be around, very helpful. They were extremely fast and made moving as acceptable as they could. Well, the United moving company is a moving broker, they so estimate over the phone and give you a low end estimate to get the job, then they subcontract the job to an actual moving company like SAFEBOUND LOGISTICS. I had several quotes by providing actual cu ft of boxes and detailed furniture descriptions for standard furniture, like bedroom set, dining tables, for some non standard items, like floor lamp, I provided with photos and dimensions. The united moving quote was pretty promising, $4/cu ft. I did not imagine their estimated cu ft could be that much off, even though you did all you could try to get a closed estimates. Well my estimate was 650 cbft, so $4/cuft, plus tax fees, it came up $3500. When moving truck arrived, walked in and told me that mine would cost $7000 because cuft was 1300. It was not couple hundred cu ft off. My mistake was that I did this over the phone/email, it should have done in home estimate! I thought I did all I could to get as accurate as possible…. but still way off. I had no choice but accepted, 10 days later, it was delivered with some missing items, and some furniture damages. I called the united moving company, then they send me a link to make claim with SAFEBOUND LOGISTICS, not them, because they are just a broker. If you want to hire the united moving company, just DOUBLE the cu ft of their estimate, then you won’t have a big surprises on the day of moving!

I am very satisfied with United moving company because of the way they did my move from Deerfield Beach, FL to Little Rock, AR. They are like a treat! Everything you can ask for from a mover. Before my move day, the crew of United Moving Company came and wrapped and disassembled my furniture. Next morning, the crew came on time. They unloaded and reassembled my furniture. These movers are indeed GREAT!!! They stuck to the estimate…there were no surprises. They were prompt, courteous and professional. I accidentally gave them an extra $50 as a tip (which I wasn’t aware of). They pulled away. Then the doorbell rang and they told me that they didn’t think I intended to give them a $100 tip and gave me the $50 back! They could’ve easily just kept it. This company is more than ethical. I would DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.
