Royal Star Movers

Royal Starr Movers should be brought to justice. Its been two years and I’m still missing items, find others are damaged … the list goes on. The insurance they offer is is a scam to the ninth degree. WORD OF WARNING …. DO NOT use this company, I learned the hard way, hopefully you don’t have to! Check the BBB warnings. They picked over my belonging and stole what they wanted. They insist the items where just misplaced. Professionally I document insurance events, and did so while Royal Starr Movers where moving my belongings. I have documentation of what was loaded into their trailer, somehow it didn’t end up coming out of the trailer at my new location ???

I would never use this company again nor would I recommend anyone else use this company. I scheduled a move with them and upon scheduling was told a few things, I could pay the deposit by credit card and could pay the remainder by credit card upon pick up, and that the truck taking my things was leaving immediately after picking up my things so it would not be long after arriving in my new home that all of my things would follow me. I got several calls in the days before pick-up attempting to change the scheduled pick-up each time, the company trying to push it forward by at least a day each time which I eventually agreed to, only for them to call me an hour before that time to reschedule it for the original pick-up date. Upon pick-up I was informed that they actually cannot accept a credit card for the remainder of my payment. More specifically, one very unhelpful customer service rep who had to be called to sort this out told me “We can take credit card payments, but we can’t accept credit cards, if that makes sense.” No, unhelpful rep, it does not. It ended with me having to come up with a new way to pay almost a thousand dollars at the absolute last second. They took my things, I moved into my new home and I still have not heard from them since, it’s now been two weeks. The contract states they have 21 days to deliver my things, but I was told verbally that it would not be more than a few days because the truck was leaving immediately. Today, I called them and was told that, no, they don’t even have the truck available yet so I’m probably going to continue sleeping on my floor and eating only microwaveable food for who knows how long. The movers who picked up my things were perfectly nice and professional, but that is not worth sleeping on the floor for what will probably end up being a month. I can’t tell if they were lying just to get the sale or if they are truly incompotent, but I currently suspect it’s a combination of the two.

Great customer service! Long story short, a family member passed away and we needed to get all of their personal items out and into storage. Royal Star Movers was able to show up the next day and help us with EVERYTHING! I’ve used a few moving companies in the past and there’s usually always a catch, these guys were so helpful I couldn’t believe it, I felt like they were family. My moving coordinator gave me his personal cell if I had any issues!

I just wanted to thank you for the wonderful moving services you provided to me. The team was absolutely magnificent- friendly, efficient, and clearly well-skilled at their job. I felt at ease knowing they would move all my belongings to the storage space I rented out without any problems. It was so stress free and I can’t thank those lovely men enough!

Now that I’m settled, I’m finally taking a moment to tell you what an incredible job your men did for us on one of the hottest days of the year. Had they been cranky and impatient I would have understood, because the heat was simply unbearable. But to our amazement the movers actually seemed to be enjoying their work. Not one item was scratched or dented. It’s the only accident-free move I can recall.

My friend told me that Royal star movers handled her move and all her belongings were delivered intact. I had to see it for myself and so I hired them when I was moving. This company knows how to do the job properly. They maintained their timings and the crew was just too skilled. They use a lot of packing materials. But most of it was free so nothing to worry about there. They delivered on time and guess what? My valuables were all safely delivered. All the hype about this company is really true.

I have used Rhino relocation twice now and have found the service second to none. Nothing is ever too much hassle and you never hear any complain. They always do an exceptional job that I have to say is not always a given in moving sector. In our first move, I didn’t have to lift a finger, all our furniture and valuables were taken care of and on arrival we were asked where each piece of furniture was to go in the new house, so we didn’t have to move the furniture after they left. These guys are expert in every sense of the word; I would gladly recommend them to anyone. It’s unusual for me to keep a business card from a moving company; in this case it really paid off. As and when we require assistance again, these guys are now in my phone. Keep up the good work.

Our sales rep made sure all the requirements were documented and explained the pricing clearly. Valuables were carefully packaged and arrived without any damages. I was looking for decent moving company for about a month. After comparing the prices for their services and decided on best price. It was a right decision and I am fulfilled with their services and prices. The most important for me was to be on time and they arrived even earlier. So I sighed with relief when I saw them coming ten minutes to 8 a.m. And I was pleasantly surprised that my two bedroom apartment was empty in about two hr. and a half. I have no complains and I would recommend them.

My experience 7 years ago moving to Denver from California was not great and I was afraid of both the cost and the possibility of lose and damage to my belongings. I hired this company to move my home. I called 2 weeks prior to my move, and had done my research on several different companies. I have to say I was very overwhelmed since there were so many when I did a search on the internet. So I asked around to co-workers, friends, and family. I narrowed it down to 3 to 4 moving companies. I decided to go with Royal star movers. I felt comfortable talking to their sales rep, and I felt very confident I had made a smart choice. So I wasn’t surprised the day of the move when my 3 movers showed up and made a very stressful day a lot less stressful. The price was fair and the service way more than I expected. Thank you guys for a smooth moving experience.

Our house was absolutely full of furniture and we needed it packed and moved quickly to another state. We were immediately impressed when the movers from Royal star movers arrived. Their sales guy handled so much for us in our initial call and the guys that they sent us were true professionals. They took so much care to protect and wrap our furniture. It was clear they care about their customers. When our stuff arrived nothing was broken or damaged in any way. I would be happy to hire again.
