Rate below only apply to local moves | local moves apply if your move is <50 miles from our Portland office. All full service moves includes 10-26 foot moving truck and moving equipment.
All full service rate ( when truck is provided) are regulated by Oregon department of transportation and cannot be adjusted. They are enforced by a Tariff that can be found on the AMSA website ( Here )

RESIDENTIAL FULL SERVICE RATES (WITH A TRUCK):

2 hour minimum weekdays & 5 hour minimum on weekends

7 AM to 7 PM Monday – Saturday

2 Movers and 1 truck (any size) – $126.65 per hour [under 1,200 sq ft move | 1 bedroom | Studio]

3 Movers and 1 truck (any size) – $175.80 per hour [ 1,200 sq – 1,800 sq ft ]

4 Mover and 1 truck (any size) – $224.95 per hour [1,900 sq ft – and up ]

*4 Mover and 2 trucks (any size) – $253.30 per hour* [ 2,000 sq ft – and up ]

5 Movers and 1 truck (any size) – $274.10 per hour
$49.15 for each additional mover per hour

Residential Moving Service Full Service Move-Overtime Rate:

7PM – 7AM | Sunday & moves over 8 hours

2 Movers and 1 truck (any size) – $163.90 per hour [under 1,200 sq ft move | 1 bedroom | Studio]

3 Movers and 1 truck (any size) – $231.45 per hour [ 1,200 sq – 1,800 sq ft ]

4 Mover and 1 truck (any size) – $299.00 per hour [1,900 sq ft – and up ]

*4 Mover and 2 trucks (any size) – $327.80 per hour* [ 2,000 sq ft – and up ]

5 Movers and 1 truck (any size) – $366.55 per hour [ 2,000 sq ft – and up ]

$67.55 for each additional mover per hour.

5 Movers and 1 truck (any size) – $437.15 per hour [ 2,000 sq ft – and up ]

$81.45 for each additional mover per hour

RESIDENTIAL LABOR ONLY RATES: (WITH OUT A TRUCK, JUST LABOR AND EQUIPMENT):

3 Hour Min Mon-Sun | Moving blankets/tie downs are not provided if you are moving out-of-state or loading items into storage/pod.

2 Movers and equipment $70.00 per hour with a 3 hour min ($105.00 if booked on national holiday) [under 1,200 sq ft move | 1 bedroom | Studio]

3 Movers and equipment $90.00 per hour with a 3 hour min ($135.00 if booked on national holiday) [1,900 sq ft – and up ]

4 Movers and equipment $120.00 per hour with a 3 hour min ($180.00 if booked on national holiday) [ 2,000 sq ft – and up ]

5 Movers and equipment $155.00 per hour with a 3 hour min ($232.50 if booked on national holiday) [ 2,000 sq ft – and up ]

Labor only Move travel Fee:

We charge $1.25 per mile and the trip is calculated round trip. Our minimum travel fee is $25.00 . If we are following you to unload to a 2nd address, that will be calculated in the total travel fee.

Example 1: Our travel fee is $25.00 and our per mile rate is $1.25. The total round trip miles are 30 miles x $1.25 = $37.50 due for travel fee.

Example 2: Our travel fee is $25.00 and our per mile rate is $1.25. The total round trip miles are 10 miles x $1.25 = $12.50, you will be charged the minimum $25.00 due for travel fee.

Parking Permits:

When the Portland Movers is required to either obtain permit(s), place barricades, place parking meters hoods, and/or request parking permit placement verification to perform pickup and/or delivery because of the size, weight or nature of a move or due to local restrictions, a charge of $38.30 per hour, subject to a minimum charge of one (1) hour for vehicle and driver will be made for such service, plus the cost of the permit(s), if any. A copy of the paid receipt will be retained in the customers file as proof of such permit charges.

Definition of 3 hour or 2 hour min:

If your move takes less than 2 hours at the booked 2 hour min or less than 3 hours at the booked 3 hour min for labor only moves, then you will be charged the 2 hour min at end of job completion due to the “2 hour min requirement per policy”.

Cancellation Policy:

We request at least 7 days notice for cancellations to avoid a $100.00 cancellation fee and try our very best to accommodate any booked move change request.

How far moving truck parked relative to entrance of the home
How customers have packed and ready when movers arrive
Disassembling and assembling of oversize furniture including beds, dining tables
