SCAM COMPANY. STAY AWAY!!! They will double your estimate in a heartbeat or threaten your deposit and leave. Whatever you do don’t sign their contract as it is completely one-sided. They only sent one guy to move all my stuff and unload it. Natalie at their office is completely rude. She hung up on me several times and treated me like s***. READ ALL THE REVIEWS. The moving team from National Relocation LLC showed up on time and managed to pack and load our 3 bedroom home in 7 hours. They smoothly took care of all the furniture, household items, glassware and the fragile things. No damages anywhere to be found upon delivery! My wife was happy because they helped her set up the glass table. All in all, it was a good move with these guys because they are honest, efficient and punctual.

Indeed the best in this line of work. National Relocation LLC deserves a medal! I have never been in a move that was so easy and simple. Usually what happens is that all the pressure of the world gets on top of you on the moving day. But this time it was totally different. It felt like I transferred the entire load to them. I had a small move for my business to California. I trusted National Relocation to get the job done and they did not disappoint. Normally I don’t go out of my way to write reviews but the movers did a great job with my furniture from start to finish.

I paid an outrageous amount of money for my belongings to be thrown smashed and dropped. I witnessed them dropping things, while manuevering the truck a stack of boxes crashed down, they brought the tv in and ignored the this way up on the box and just dropped the box harshly broking off a corner. As they were bringing in a stack of boxes on the dooly they fell off, The boxes contained my china. This is a couple of examples of what I saw. God only knows what happened in the warehouse. Most knobs on dressers and chairs were knocked off and although they wrapped things they managed to scratch and dent and break just about every peice of furniture. Three boxes were missing including a sentimental drawing from a famous artist which to me was priceless. Yeah we’ll see what the insurers do but who they hire will most likely be a shady company too. Broken things were vintage and can’t be replaced easily. Many of my things survived a long term abusive marriage but did not survive this moving company. It was like I paid someone $7500.00 to come over and break and smash all my cherished possesions. Should have just used the money to buy all new rather than go through the hell National Relocation put me through.

This company somehow made a move from Florida to Maryland completely trouble free! They were extremely professional, treating my possessions with a level of care and caution they would show their own. When you all set up my move, not only did you have a crew assigned immediately to my move, but every time I needed assistance there was an agent available for me.

This company made everything seamless! Everyone from the customer service reps to the movers was all incredibly friendly. I’ve had to move more than 5 times in the past 8 years and no service was as efficient as National Relocation LLC. They gave me an estimate that was lower than most of the competitors, and they were able to ship everything to me very quickly. The cost came out to be almost identical to the estimate. I decided to go with National after a few phone calls with Michael. He was courteous, and always there to answer my calls and address my questions. I was worried because, like many people I had heard all these moving horror stories, and I didnt want to be another horror story also! I also had an issue with the how close the truck could get to my door, and if they went in the front door it was going to be 557 feet to the door, and I knew that would cost a lot. I then sent pictures of the back parking lot stairs, and he told me it would work, and all I had to do was pay a stair fee for one flight of the 3, as Michael explained(I dont have a problem with fees that arent hidden), and when the movers arrived that’s exactly what happened. So far so good. The rest of the pickup was fine or so I thought. Here is where my worst nightmare almost came true, but thanks to especially to Michael and Robert the manager, and the rest of their customer service people they solved my problem! Without getting into it too much detail, I was told I had more cubic feet than what was calculated, and I am very meticulous and so was Michael, at least I thought so, and I was told I owed more money! To say the least I was very angry! At first I was going to call and scream at him, well maybe I did, but he answered my call as always, and if he could not answer he always contacted me right back. I explained(yelled) what was going on, and at 1st he was surprised and didnt understand either, but said give him a day or so to look into it, and I thought, here it comes, 2 days later he emailed back said he hadnt forgotten me, and was working on it. Long story short, it was just a clerical error, and it was adjusted, and my items were delivered and I paid what I expected. Mistakes happen, and I believe if this happened with another company I may have gotten the run around, not the service that I was promised!@ Thank you Michael and Robert and National Relocation!

National Relocation LLC helped us move from a one bedroom apartment to a new house but it was a long distance move. They provided a reasonable quote up front and clearly explained to me how the price would be determined. They arrived on time, worked quickly, and took as much or more care moving our things as we would have ourselves. They were super careful with furniture padding etc. Since they worked so efficiently, we actually finished the move ahead of schedule and the total was significantly less than the estimate.

We hired National Relocation LLC to move our 3-bedroom family home. We decided pretty early on that we would hire them because they were the ones who moved us into our old place about 2 years ago. We remembered how careful they were with our kids’ furniture and toys (it was very cute to watch), probably because they have kids and know the tears that broken stuff can bring. I was speaking to National Relocation and another company, and I made the mistake of going for the cheap price. Michael explained to me that I was going to have problems, and I did not listen, and I most certainly did have problems! The company I hired called me a few days before I was supposed to be picked up, and tried to raise the price a bunch(just like Michael told me), and I was pissed, because I went with them instead of National because there price was lower! I called there bluff and canceled. I called Michael back at National and rather hearing “I told you so”, he just jumped on in and said, “let’s get this done for you!”! Unfortunately it cost me a little more than I hoped, but I realized peace of mind at this point was way more important than worrying about the cost of my move! From there everything went smooth, and I was picked up and delivered in a timely fashion! Lesson learned, if it sounds to good to be true, it usually is!

At first when booking I already told them I need to receive the items on September 3rd 2021 they said yes now they are saying it will take 21 days from the date which I was given WHAT? But still this is October passed 1 month and they picked my items in August now they are not calling me and they don’t know where are my items they couldn’t able to track them. I never had like a such a horrible experience like this. I am in dilemma whether I will receive my items or not if receive also in what condition.

The company gave 12 hours notice before picking up my possessions, caused significant wall and door damage during the move, and it cost $2000 more than additionally quoted. It’s been 3 weeks since I moved and I have had zero contact from them regarding when my things will be delivered. When after 10 calls I finally reached someone, I was told it would be another 2 weeks minimum to get my possessions.

I had an excellent experience with National Relocation LLC! It was my first time using a moving company, so I was a bit worried. They were 30 minutes early to the scheduled time, which I very much enjoyed, and they sent a notification when they were on their way to my home. My overall experience with National Relocation LLC was good although my first impression was not that positive. I expected to get all the information via phone, but the representative who answered my call either wasn’t very experienced or didn’t have the time to answer my entire question. I relocated recently. Though it was not the first time for me, I eventually experienced a perfect move for the first time and that was possible only because of National Relocation LLC. Their sales executive offered me the best possible deal and the movers pulled out a miracle. They were running ahead of schedule, provided extra support and safely delivered my goods and also charged less than the quote. I call it the ultimate service.

This WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Our binding estimate was thrown out by the company they subbed us out to and they made us sign a new contract that was double the estimate. If you don’t sign, they walk and you have to start the move all over. I was called for 3 hours and couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone. It was sign new papers or don’t move (which was not an option). They were completely useless in the process. A one day move turned into two and we had to meet the driver at the truck rental place to sign paperwork to close out the move before it was done. Then we found out that isn’t even legal! They trashed my house. I spent hours cleaning up their tape rolls and messes they left (including drinks they threw in the yard). It took us months to get our stuff (we were sleeping on the floor) and only after we threatened to sue. They showed up with our stuff but without anyone to help unload it so we ended up doing that ourselves. Danielle in “customer service” if you can call it that, was rude and abusive. Just a horrible person to deal with. And they don’t care! They are also United van lines (at least they answer the phone that way sometimes).

I was pleasantly surprised with my move from FL to AL. I was, as one would expect, a little worried traveling such a distance without being in control of my personal belongings. This has been the most horrific moving experience I have ever had. The representatives only work as “brokers” and truly are delusional on their quotes. When the actual moving company shows up, expect additional charges to almost all items. Example, a full size fridge will have a “bulk charge” added even though it was disclosed in your estimate quote. An estimate is based on cubic feet. What this means is that if everything sitting directly on the ground takes up a space 20’ x 20’ and the container is 8’ tall, you are getting charged for 3,200 cubic feet. Even though the ACTUAL volume of all items would only equal 2,000 cubic feet. They get to choose whether or not to “stack”” items. So all the cubic footage that is just empty space, YOU PAY FOR IT!!! This is NOT how business should be run. Oh, and also, if you DONT use all the space they estimate, YOU DO NOT get money back!!!! Your price can ONLY go up when the movers show up. I had LESS cubic feet than estimated and I ended up paying almost $900 more than my estimate. I contacted customer service and they even then start to pressure you into “just let them move your stuff. It is better if you just let them do it.” As soon as my lawyer reviews all the contract paperwork, they will hear from him. This company just cost me a trip to visit my son that moved halfway across the country. I hope you are proud of the work you do and how you scam people out of money.

National Relocation LLC was just amazing while they handled our move- no details were spared by their off-the-charts professional crew. Their performance was much better than average for sure and unimaginable at this price point. I have seen the terrible movers but these men were nothing like them. They maintained the appointment time and worked very efficiently throughout. They were extra careful while handling my glassware. They dealt with every unforeseen issue with great expertise. My valuables reached my new home without even a dent on any of the items! I will surely hire them again.

I can’t rate these guys highly enough. A very competitive quote and a friendly and hard working crew. It was very short notice when it began to load. With a move from a second floor flat to a third floor flat – and no elevator – my only regret is that I could only afford to tip them a fraction of what they deserved.

National Relocation LLC and the team were very consistent. They don’t waste time, however, they take the time to make sure not to break anything, or scratch walls and floors. They assembled a very complicated bedroom, wardrobe, bed and dresser. They also assembled another wall unit that is very complicated and bulky. They are very punctual and flexible. The cost was reasonable and competitive. The best movers we ever worked with.

They seemed to be able to accommodate my sister and I best, and knew how to calm us down since it has been a while since we have moved. The day that they came to pick up our belongings came quicker than we wanted. The gentlemen were superb that day. I had good communication with National Relocation LLC from start to finish. I have arranged for a storage unit as well and my movers followed my instructions all along. There were no misunderstandings whatsoever. I was very pleased with the way they handled my belongings until I realized that there was a tiny amount of damage made to my property. Horrible people, worst experience in my life! Be away from them! I would like to share my experience with company, first I called them around a month ago when I knew that I am moving, and they gave me an estimate which was reasonable in comparison to other quotes I got, here is the trick they will give you good price to let you pay deposit and then call you back before the actual relocation to increase. You have to pay the deposit using credit card and the rest is money order. I tried to be within my moving budget so I accept the new estimate and they told me that someone will be calling me with the estimated pick up time. Waiting for two or three days, nobody called and I packed everything, me and my family waiting for them to pick up my stuff. After two days, their manager called Brandon gave me a call to tell me if you would like us to help you pay $500 extra that is the only option we have, WHAT!! This is ridiculous, my new company are expecting me to arrive at a certain time and you are twisting my arm in the last minute, after a long shooting match he refunded me my deposit and I am going to use Upack or UHaul better than those lairs! Will do my on the internet with all the websites to expose them to the customers and looking for an attorney to take my case to the court so they can stop scamming people.

They responded with a reasonable quote very quickly and were flexible with my schedule for pickup and delivery. They went above and beyond carrying a couch and many flights of stairs. We were very happy with National Relocation LLC. The team was incredibly hardworking, efficient, and helpful. They knew exactly what they were doing when it came to loading our belongings onto the truck, and unloaded everything into a high rise building in less time than was estimated. Several tips when using movers like National Relo, United Moving. Gold Standard Moving, All American Moving, etc. 1) The agreement that you sign does not tell the whole story. I selected National Relo. Their agreement (that you sign) states that Credit card is acceptable at pick-up; but it is not. You must have cash at pick up and delivery. Also, the agreement says you will receive the goods in 3-10 days for a 500-1000 mile move. I was told by dispatch that it really depends on the mover. 2) Take the estimated cost for your move and add 25%-30%. I did a really good job at working with the tools provided to record my inventory and going over my inventory with the sales team.. When the movers arrived, they told me that it is all based on cubic feet; not number of pieces listed on the inventory. My estimate was off by 300 cu ft; costing me an additional $900. So have lots of cash on hand. This is poor estimating! 3) ON both ends, the movers rescheduled the move from one day to the next. Pickup: Scheduled for a Tues night; at 8PM, I was told we can’t make it; has to be tomorrow. Same on the delivery. Plan to move 2-3 days prior to your lease termination or home closing. Remain flexible. 4) National Relo does not move you; they take about 1/3 of the costs up front; and then post your job on a network for movers to accept. 5) Tip movers very, very well, I did so and they did not take my goods to storage. They took their next move where they could drop off my goods first. Storage equals damage!

Recently we moved from our second floor walkup and these guys were punctual, pleasant, and willing to carry everything regardless of whether it was included in the inventory list taken at booking. Who can honestly count every item they own down to the spoon? They were worth every penny! I want to give a big Shout out to National Relocation LLC! I was very pleased with the way they managed the entire moving process. National Relocation LLC did a wonderful job wrapping and padding my items. My main concern was the handling of my baby grand piano. I have been a musician for over 30 years and I am very particular about this instrument. It was nerve racking waiting 3 weeks to receive my items but upon arrival there was not a single scratch.

Really great movers! They did everything professionally and very efficiently. Everything was loaded well and we didn’t have any damage. They moved us quickly and since I move so often I can always tell the good from the bad. This company is one of the best in business. They also charge excellent rates. I signed a “binding estimate” with National Relocation which stated plainly that my price would not change. I paid the deposit, and everything was set. The day before they were supposed to pick up my things, they called me and told me that due to an “accident” with their truck they would not be picking up anything unless I paid them another $200. I guess the “binding” estimate isn’t so binding after all. The general manager was downright rude on the phone when I tried to resolve the issue, and he refused to provide proof that there had even been an accident. I offered to pay the extra $200 IF they showed me proof….the guy laughed and refunded my deposit. Because of this, I had to throw out anything that didn’t fit in my car and move that way. I am beyond dissatisfied. In my opinion, this borders on downright extortion.

The whole experience has been absolutely amazing from start to finish. From the moment I talked to them in email they were polite and helpful and talking to them on the phone they were all so amazing. On moving day they arrived and we’re careful with our items. Everything arrived safely with no damage and they were great. When they came into the new house they lay down rugs so they wouldn’t get anything on my rugs. I would definitely recommend National Relocation LLC to anybody and the price was so decent. If I ever need to move anything again it will definitely be giving them a call.

THIS COMPANY GETS ZERO STARS. THEY DO NOT EVEN DESERVE THAT! This company has been giving me the runaround for the past 3 weeks. They quoted my move. I had right around 300 cu ft of items to move from CA to FL. I thought their pricing was reasonable. They made themselves sound like such a great company. Well they suck. The pick up date was cancelled three times. I had to find storage and move everything myself, then they re-scheduled pick up a 3rd time and of course did not show up. They have left me in tears now again as my belongings are still in CA and I have already had to re-locate for my job. This company is by far the worst company I have ever encountered. My quote was way under the actual price, even though I was reassured it wouldn’t be much more if anything above the second quote I have a detailed inventory with hight and length. They gave me the wrong name of the moving company so the cashier check was not able to be taken. I was also told I would pay 50% and pickup and 50% at drop off the movers required 70% at pickup. Finally they are fighting me on my deposit refund even tho the movers had not left the previous job. Horrible costumer service I was lied to multiple times and they refused to admit any wrong.

They were fast, and friendly and very strong! They gladly took my cat with them in the van! Everything was moved in record time so with the extra time they willingly drove me down the street to pick up a trunk I had recently purchased off craigslist! AMAZING! I hope to work with National Relocation LLC again for the next move and will recommend them to all of my friends.

I would never recommend this company to anybody. They quoted us a price after I sent them several pictures of exactly what was needed to be shipped cross country. My first mistake was hiring them after they forgot to mute the phone and called my husband a gym rat and meat head after they saw pics of the gym. Then they scheduled the move and pack for two days but never told us a time and we had to call several times to find out when they were coming. They forgot to tell the other company they were packing us. I waited at the house for 2 days waiting on them. Once they got the first payment they would never return a phone call even after we called and left messages and emails letting them know it was a problem. They only care about the job they sell them they are done. We ended up having to have someone else store the ENTIRE gym plus other items because they did not know what they were doing. Mike was super incompetent and only in it for himself and super unprofessional. I would tell everybody to run away or just find a moving company themselves because apparently hiring a broker is a complete waste of time and a lot of money. We are out even more because of Mike.
