In a nut shell, it was horrible. The movers destroyed my hard wood floors in the home that I was moving from. As far as damage to my moved property it wasn’t too bad but how they lost items when they delivered my items the next day from the same truck amazes me. I filed a claim and they offered an insulting $50.00 CHECK. If they do not make a reasonable offer on this next go-round with them I will bring suit to the company to recover all costs associated; far more money than if they are to settle this issue the fair and equitable way. I will keep you all in the loop as this proceeds.

With this company – Move us to relocation, I had a great experience. They offered a detailed estimation of what to predict. The crew arrived early on a moving day and got to work fast. They did a great job of packing the stuff and then loading the truck and getting everything to the new place without damage. They are polite and had a positive attitude throughout, highly recommended!

I booked my move the week before we wanted to move and found the plastic moving boxes to be excellent when they were delivered a few days before our move on the weekend. On moving day, the crew which came was very efficient and the move took less time than we thought it would. The friendly and helpful team made moving house much smoother than the last time we moved.

These guys handled them with ease! They took all our boxes down two flights of stairs sometimes 3 at a time with ease! It was awesome just watching them run up and down. We received a quote from another very popular moving company, but it was so high that we searched for another company to compare prices. Move us to Relocation quoted a price that was less than half the “Big Company” quote. Office staff was courteous (a usual complaint is that they can be a problem), and the two movers showed up on time, greeted me with a smile, and were clearly professional and experienced. Their service is exceptional! Other moving companies will just do the job and not care about anything, but this moving company will move you like their own family. They will use pads, bubble wrap, shrink wrap and if needed two boxes to double protect everything. They value your belongings! They make sure you get a damage free move! I am very satisfied! Movers we’re on time, courteous and professional. All the large furniture items were blanketed and then shrink wrapped. Loading and packing took from 10:00-8:45 and there was neither frustration nor rushing. Our household went into storage and we’ve requested the same crew for final delivery. We exceeded our estimate weight wise which accounts for the difference between estimate and final cost.
