Homesafe Transit Claimed

This company is a complete SCAM! Completely unprofessional and 100% a scam. They are not BBB accredited, and the FMSCA has zero inspections, safety check, driver checks, and hazmat checks. They (Michael) quoted my mom $2,000 and gave a 2 day time window. The refused to call her back when trying to schedule a final time. They said from 9-12 on Friday and they did not come until 5:45 pm! My mom called repeatedly asking where they were and she was hung up on by 2 people one being Alex. The driver said my mom needed to pay him 1700 to a venmo account WITH ZERO TRANSACTION HISTORY OR PROFILE PHOTO! He told my mom he will comeback tomororw at 10:30 am for a money order. He drove off as fast as he could with the truck full of her stuff. Do NOT use this company. Call the police and run away from them!

I’ve had a lot of bad moving experiences but this was by far the worst. I first want to say Homesafe Transit sales dept is extremely dishonest. They intentionally undersized my load to meet a dollar amount then made me deal with it when the movers showed up. It ended up costing me double to get my stuff moved. They also led me to believe they have their own movers. They don’t. They hire 3rd party. They also said I would have my stuff picked up and dropped off in the same day. That also did not happen. I have lots of other complaints but I’ll end on this one, I didn’t not receive all of my stuff and a lot of my stuff that I did received was damaged. Extremely unprofessional. I seriously regret hiring them to move my stuff. Hopefully someone with a legal background can and will file a lawsuit against them and bring them to justice for scamming people like this.

My moving consultant was outstanding,l. He understood all my concerns and needs and worked on them throughout the whole move. I really liked his personalized service and his attention to every detail made feel sometimes as if I was his only client. Outstanding service at a really good price.

I thoroughly checked out several moving companies before picking this one. I chose them because our rep was courteous, HONEST, and price was pretty fair. They followed up on every detail. Their organization and enthusiasm to do things right was just great. This was a good experience for us and will recommend them.

I just moved a month ago and I’m glad that I hired these guys since they made my life much easier. There are too many great things to point out! To start off, I called last-minute, and they were able to find a truck for me. They followed up with me all the time, always kept in contact by phone. The sales person was so sweet and made sure that everything was perfectly planned. Wonderful company, totally recommended.

I hired this company for my mom’s move. She’s a pretty old lady and I knew it would be a challenge. I’m glad to say it was much better than expected and I’m pretty grateful for that. Pretty much everything was great. No delays, damages or any problems at all. I really appreciate what this people has done for my mom.

I can say their service is one the best. They helped me out so much during my last move. I was busy because of my work but they came and carefully packed and loaded everything, they did it all for me. I appreciate they did not lose or break anything. Nice and trustworthy company!

I recently moved with these guys and they provided excellent service. When my boxes arrived in my new house, someone at the office called me asking me if everything arrived in good shape. I was glad to say everything was ok, all boxes were undamaged. No hassle at all and I would definitely use them again!

I can’t complain about these guys they took great care when packing our things up. Also they were condescending on my demands. These guys were kind enough to give us a quote before signing off the contract and they honored it until the end of thd move. I would recommend them and definitely use them again.

I feel they did just fine. My things were taken care of by a skillful crew. One of our lamps was damaged accidentally but it was not a problem since the insurance took care of it without problem. This was a stress free move and the company is easy to deal with. Great customer service and totally reliable.
