My transition was as smooth as planned and all my furniture arrived a day before the expected date. The driver and crew unloaded everything and asked me wherever I wanted to place the furniture and lined the boxes. They are great and made it so easy for me.

They wrapped all my items with care and those things that I had packed myself they added extra wrapping if necessary. They moved quickly; it took 2 hours to pack up the truck, however to unpack and resemble was less than an hour. They put things exactly where I wanted them placed. The move went smoothly, it took longer than I thought it was but it did go smoothly. They took care of my furniture and wrapped it up really well and nothing was damaged. So I was pleased. There were no problems with the crew members or customer service. Everything was packed already, but they did repack some things in bigger boxes so there weren’t really as many boxes but they basically just wrapped the furniture to keep protected. The outcome cost a little more than the original quote, which I expected, but I felt that they were reasonable. I would recommend Cousins USA Moving.
