All American Relocation Group

This has been sitting in my notes app for two years. Buckle up y’all. -No one told me before making the deposit that it would be 1-5 business days before delivery. In fact, All American insisted right up until day of pickup that it would be delivered same day or next day. That did not happen -My contract was a link that expired, not a PDF. This means when I wanted to check my contract to see if the 5 day delivery time was mentioned, I could not access it. I asked several times for an updated when, and I either heard nothing or received the same broken link. At any given point, I had little to no paper trail. -There were wayyyyy too many points of contact. I spoke to 2 different people at All American and 3 people at the Century Moving. They all had slightly different/conflicting information. They also all pointed to each other when I asked direct questions. I only got direct answers when I lost my temper. -Two people, one at All American and one at Century Moving, said that they might or will work on the weekends. When I spoke to the foreman directly, he said they never do this. -After two different inventory lists where my estimate went up by a few hundred dollars (which was to be expected), when the carrier actually picked up my stuff, it was over by 400 cubic feet and added an extra $2000 to the total. This was blindsiding. I had to pay it because they had already loaded up my stuff, but how can the inventory estimation system have been so off??? Additionally, I only found out upon delivery that the extra stuff had been charged at a much higher rate than the original stuff. No one told me this ahead of time, and the mover did not explain it when he told me the upcharge. -Every question I asked about timing was answered with a vague window. A few days before, 1-5 days, between 12 and 4. When I tried to get a more specific time, they just said “we’ll get back to you” and never did. When I finally lost my temper and insisted on a clearly scheduled time, they still only gave me a range of 5-6 in the morning. -I was told by Century Moving that we would receive a phone call one hour to a half hour before arrival for pickup, which could have been as early as 5am. I convinced them to push it to 6 (since we are not morning people) woke up at 5 am for a phone call that never came. The carrier arrived at 6:15 with no warning. Some of these problems are with the carrier, but they all stemmed back to the terrible communication and minimal accountability held by All American. I even had someone follow up with me to ask how my experience was and then when I told them, they ghosted me. They don’t care about their customers at all.

I used All American Relocation Group for my move. I wasn’t too happy about moving because of the circumstances, but my moving coordinator was a pleasure to speak with. He really put me at ease about my move. After I booked my move, the quality of service didn’t stop there. Their customer service was available to assist me whenever I called and they were so understanding the entire time. The movers handled my items like they were moving their own household goods. About 1 week later, they arrived with my items and helped me get everything into the correct rooms. I loved working with All American Relocation Group and I am so happy that I decided to choose their company!

Crew of 3 showed up on time and started working immediately. They wrapped everything to protect from scratches and were very courteous and professional. They were required to move contents from 2 apartments in 2 separate buildings and did so quickly and efficiently. If you are looking for a great moving company, this is it!!

These guys were so amazing!! We had a very efficient foreman and his crew helping us, and they were just so quick and professional. This was the easiest move I’ve ever had because of them. They were organized, professional, experienced. They had me laughing the whole time. I will be recommending All American Relocation Group to everyone in the future. These guys are amazing. They moved me from FL to AL. No complaints, nothing broken, nothing damaged, everything was fantastic! They showed up at EXACTLY 9am as promised, did a superior job wrapping up the big furniture and came with wardrobe boxes for some of the hanging and awkwardly large stuff. Also, in scheduling and quoting the move, I got a nice written estimate quickly and without hassle via email, and then when I had to change the date of my move, they were super accommodating. I’d recommend this company without reservation!

I had a unique situation that was not welcome by some of the other people. The company I work for was going to reimburse me for my moving expenses, however I didn’t have cash on hand, so an agreement was made between myself and the moving company to essentially move me on credit until I could be reimbursed by my company to pay them.

Wow excellent service I must say! From their sales guy helping me with setting up my move to picking my stuff everyone was so nice and helpful. They must truly care about the company they work for because it was so genuine the way they worked hard and happily from start to finish. We have made many moves being retired military and we also have made plenty of moves since we retired. We have some real lemons with some of our moves. But these people are some of the best movers we have ever used. They came out and quoted a price, they were within $5.00 and they sent 2 men who had worked with each other for awhile, they did not have to talk to each other they just knew what needed to be done and did it. The only thing was they did not have the tools to unhook my washer and dryer. They got to our new home and unloaded the truck just as fast and even plugged in my freezer. We would highly recommend All American Relocation Group to any one, and will use it again if needed.

I was happy to leave a nice tip and would definitely recommend these guys to others in the future!

In the wake of my wife’s death, I decided to move from our old house to a smaller place close to my son. Moving is never easy and especially so in tough times. 495 Movers showed up very promptly, after a rep confirmed my scheduled move 24 hours in advance by phone. They loaded their truck in record time, and showed up at exactly the hour that the office building to which I was moving allowed movers access via the loading dock (7:00 pm). They unloaded everything in under a half-hour, hooked up all my computer components (since I am visually impaired and this requires some effort, I was impressed), and the entire move from beginning to end was done in record time.

Usually I do not leave a review, it’s not mine. But this is my excuse. It was so simple that I did not notice how closed the contract was. The guys came at the specified time, and packed the glass, mirrors, TVs, quickly and professionally, of all I was worried. Yes! I used All American Relocation Group for my long distance move about a month ago. My destination was from FL to NC. It was a great start and awesome ending. They moved me within a short notice. They had a last-minute cancellation from one of their movers, but they were able to get a replacement and still get the job done on the agreed day. Between all the steps, boxes, and heavy items, they did not complain at all and were always professional and respectful of the items and buildings. They had no trouble parking in the city (even without a parking permit since the PPA office is closed due to the pandemic), and the driving and maneuvering was impressive. When the men arrived at my home, I thought they were very professional and well equipped. They took such a short time in packing and loading my stuff to their vans. I looked at a couple of moving companies and All American Relocation Group quote was pretty reasonable. Also, there weren’t many companies that were willing or able to deliver out to TX. The crew that picked up my stuff was pretty solid. After talking to a number of the reps, I made a decision to go with All American Relocation Group. It turned out to be the great decision.

I spent 22 years in the United States Coast Guard, and over those 22 years I have moved 8 times. I have had pretty good experiences, and I have had some terrible experiences. They were extremely professional comparing to other companies I used. They came on time with enough boxes and did not let me use my own boxes. They worked really hard to pack and load all our items within the middle of day.
